Shipping & Delivery

We process and generally ship within 5-10 business days. Only unless an item is on backorder, special order, or a factory production delay is experienced it may take longer so we ask for 10  business days for processing and before inquiring. Orders ship Monday - Friday with the exception of the observed major USA holidays. Larger orders may take more time to process depending on the size of the order.

The mailing label has our return address in North Carolina and is titled "Shipping Dept." The package does not have our company name or website listed on it. The label does not state what's inside. It is a plain, ordinary shipping package.
